The Merlin printers have the option to print the registration digits, border, mandatory
name and postcode all in one pass of the printer. All the systems are RNPS
compliant storing all neccessary details which can be accessed or printed at a
later stage.

Standard Merlin

Software
Each system comes complete with a user friendly operating system to enable
quick and efficient production of number plates. The programs have been
developed in-house, extensively tested and include full RNPS record keeping
databases.
Standard Keyboard
A simple self contained keyboard operates either the Standard Merlin or
Merlin 240 thermal printers eliminating the need for a PC system.
Merlin Designer 2
Advanced number plate software. Includes on- screen 'drag and drop' technology
to move objects around the screen in real time, full signs production package
and showplate designer. Produce personalised keyfobs, coasters, rulers,
compliment slips, letterheads and much more (Fusion only).
Plate Foundry
Next generation print software combining ease of use with advanced features. Full
online and network ability ensures print sessions can be remotely tracked,
monitored and analysed. Data can be securely stored on back up servers (online
only) and all software conforms to the latest encryption standards.
Plate Mill
Spefically designed for high volume plate producers such as PDI centres. This
unique software allows data to be imported from any format and will therefore link
to your own internal system seamlessly. Plate Mill allows the bulk data entry of
number plates and has the ability to record and store sessions so that jobs can be
done on a daily basis or a works order status. The software is linked to two Datamax
Printers to simultaneously print front and rear plates.
